Google introduces Search Console, a Pro version of Webmaster Tools - Video Intro
Google is trying to get more users by changing Google webmaster tools name to Google Search Console. The features are same but names are changed. The 10 year old service is renamed now.
Google said in a blog post upon Webmaster tools attributed blog, that it wants to widen the pull of its Webmaster Tools to combined uphill "everyone who cares approximately search".
