Prezent AI Secures $30M Funding and Acquires Prezentium
Prezent AI just announced a $30 million funding round and the acquisition of Prezentium, the largest business presentation services firm in Life Sciences, in a cash-plus-equity deal.

The funding round was led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, alongside existing investors like True Global Ventures, Emergent Ventures, West Wave Capital, BluePointe Ventures, and Alumni Ventures.
With this latest investment, Prezent AI is now valued at $400 million and is positioning itself on the path to becoming the first enterprise business communication unicorn.
Prezent AI’s technology has already gained traction among Fortune 2000 Life Sciences and Technology companies by simplifying how complex data is turned into clear, compelling presentations.
The platform enables teams to create brand-aligned decks in minutes rather than weeks, integrate AI-driven workflows via APIs, and maintain consistency through what it calls a “Company Presentation Brain.”
Deepti Juturu, founder and CEO of Prezentium, said the partnership builds on a shared obsession with customer success.
“With the AI expertise of Prezent AI, we can supercharge our flagship Christmas-in-an-inbox Overnight Presentations service and introduce new AI-enabled services,” she noted.
The announcement comes at a time when enterprise AI funding continues to surge.
According to recent market data, global AI investment in enterprise productivity tools is expected to surpass $150 billion by 2026, underscoring growing demand for hybrid solutions that blend human expertise with automation.
By combining Prezent AI’s AI-first infrastructure with Prezentium’s human presentation services, the company is betting on a new model of enterprise communication faster, smarter, and deeply tailored to the industries it serves.
