The move represents the company's initial foray into physical retail outside the United Kingdom and its second store overall after the London location that debuted in 2022.
Nothing India President Akis Evangelidis posted on X:
“A long time in the making. We’re about to open our first flagship store in India - one of a kind. Can’t wait, let’s go!”
The company issued a statement describing the outlet as “a dedicated space for people to experience Nothing’s products and design philosophy up close, bringing customers closer to the brand than ever before.”
Nothing has sold its products in India primarily through online partner Flipkart since entering the big Asian market, and the new store aims to broaden direct customer access in the country.
The announcement included a promotional image showing a blade sign with blue damask patterns and references to bugs, aligning with the brand's past marketing motifs.
No specific opening date or address has been confirmed, but the launch is anticipated later in January within the Delhi National Capital Region.
The development follows Nothing's decision last month to establish its sub-brand CMF as an independent entity based in India, focusing on budget and mid-range devices.
Customers at the store will have hands-on access to Nothing's portfolio of smartphones, earbuds and headphones, with the site also potentially operating as a service center.
