This marks the formal start of the marketing push for the new mid-range lineup, which follows the Nova 15 series that debuted in late 2025.

Alongside the date confirmation, Huawei released the first teaser image of the Nova 16 Pro in a fresh Sky Blue finish.

The visual shows the device with a smooth blue gradient back panel accented by a white ribbon-like design element running across it.
