PM Khan Inaugurates "Tele School" Channel in Pakistan
According to a News Report by PTV: During the closure of educational institutions due to Corona, a tele-school has been started to provide education to students at home in Pakistan.

Prime Minister Imran Khan launches Television School Channel today to help kids study from their televisions and without the need of an internet facility or using Whatsapp as some private school systems are using Whatsapp and other social media apps for teaching students at their homes.

Education Minister of Pakistan said: "With the help of the World Bank and PTV, the move is possible in the short term".

Tele-school was launched in partnership with the Ministry of Education and PTV (Pakistan Television Network).

Classes from 1st to 12th will start from 8 am to 5 pm every day and students will be able to easily study at a safe place in their own homes.

In the remote areas of Pakistan where teachers cannot be reached easily, children will be benefited from this really impressive and needy TV channel that's up for educational purposes only.

PM Imran Khan said: Telecommunication channel should continue after Corona, the government will do whatever it can to improve the tele school channel.

Shafqat Mahmood shared that Tele-School channel has three months of educational content for Pakistani students.

Opinion: This is a great move by the Pakistan government to help the nationals with what they are really worried about during this Coronavirus outbreak.
