WhatsApp Rolling ‘My Contact Except’ Privacy Feature to Whatsapp Web

Everybody who uses WhatsApp Web to easily collaborate with friends and colleagues while working from home will be excited to know that a new privacy feature for Whatsapp called "My Contact Except for Last seen and Profile photo" is here for the WhatsApp Web client.

Yes, you will be able to change privacy settings for showing your Last seen or Profile photo to Everyone, My contacts to My contact except or choose Nobody to simply hide it from everyone on your Whatsapp contact list.

WABetaInfo (a website dedicated to Whatsapp updates) revealed that this new privacy setting for Whatsapp Web/Desktop will allow users to use My Contacts Except for choosing what they want to show to whom same as you currently choose who can see your Status.

Whatsapp version 2.2149.1 will have this feature ready for Android and iOS beta users too.
