With corporate finances so tight, many companies are reluctant to consider using an outside team-building company to train their employees. Managers prefer to do the training itself to save money. If the training is not effective, the company must repeat the concept in subsequent sessions. Experiential training is usually the most effective because people learn best by doing. Instructors align curriculum and practice with company strategy and provide development support as needed.
