Gomez emphasized authenticity in this rare brand partnership, stating her desire to create a product that resonates personally.

She was actively involved in the flavor development process, with her fiancé, music producer Benny Blanco, contributing to taste-testing.

Flavor Profile

The cookie features chocolate cinnamon-flavored wafers encasing a duo of crème fillings: one layer of chocolate and cinnamon cream, and another of sweetened condensed milk cream. This blend aims to replicate the creamy, spiced essence of horchata in each bite. Gomez emphasized the importance of achieving the right balance, stating, “I took it very seriously… not too much cinnamon but not too little condensed milk. I wanted it to be perfect.”

For the full flavor experience, Gomez recommends enjoying the cookies dipped in milk, which she believes “really brings all the flavors together.”
