Guardz Secures $56M to Help MSPs Fight Back Against Cyber Threats

Guardz just secured $56 million in Series B funding to expand its cybersecurity platform for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT pros. ClearSky led the round, which was joined by new backer Phoenix Financial and returning investors like Glilot Capital Partners and SentinelOne. The company’s total funding has grown to $84 million in just over two years.

Guardz Secures $56M to Help MSPs Fight Back Against Cyber Threats

As cyberattacks grow more advanced and increasingly hit small and mid-sized businesses, MSPs feel the pressure. A staggering 77% report struggling with managing too many disjointed security tools, slowing their response, and driving up costs. Guardz aims to change that with a unified, AI-native approach that cuts down manual work and speeds up threat detection.

The company officially came out of stealth in early 2023 and has since partnered with hundreds of MSPs, now protecting thousands of businesses worldwide. This latest funding will go toward scaling its go-to-market operations and adding even more automation, compliance tools, and insurance capabilities to the platform.

The Guardz platform is purpose-built for MSPs, combining AI-powered and expert-driven managed detection and response (MDR), endpoint protection through integrated SentinelOne EDR, and continuous monitoring for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The system can suspend compromised accounts in real time, helping MSPs prevent damage before it starts. These features are designed not just to tighten security but to give MSPs new ways to grow revenue and simplify their operations.

“This funding propels Guardz forward in our mission to bring enterprise-level cybersecurity to SMBs, and to continue to empower MSPs with unified security controls and automated detection and response,” said Dor Eisner, CEO and co-founder of Guardz, highlighting the significance of the announcement.

As a related industry update, the demand for AI-powered cybersecurity platforms has surged, especially among MSPs, as Gartner recently projected that over 40% of small businesses will rely on AI-driven cyber tools by 2026.

With this momentum, Guardz is positioning itself as a go-to partner for MSPs looking to stay one step ahead of increasingly aggressive cyberattacks.
