Neolix Secures $600 Million in Record Series D Funding to Accelerate Global RoboVan Expansion

Neolix, the world’s largest provider of Level 4 autonomous delivery vehicles, has raised more than US$600 million in its Series D round, which is currently the biggest private fundraising in China’s autonomous driving industry to date and one of the largest private investments in the country this year.

The funding was led by UAE-based Stone Venture with participation from Gaocheng Capital, CITIC Capital, CDH, Sparkedge Capital, Beijing AI Fund, and a major Chinese internet platform. Existing investors such as Legend Capital, Gaorong Ventures, Templewater, and SAIC also joined the round.

The capital will drive the enhancement of Neolix’s proprietary algorithms, speed up new product development, expand its service network, and support its international growth.

In a press release, Enyuan Yu, the Founder and CEO of Neolix, highlighted the company's vision for scaling global operations and said:

“Neolix has always believed that autonomous delivery is the most valuable commercial use case of driverless technology,”

Since its founding in 2018, Neolix has delivered over 10,000 RoboVans globally, leading the market with a record 2,000 vehicles produced in a single month.

Its vehicles now operate in more than 300 Chinese cities, including over 1,200 units in Qingdao alone. The company’s X3 and X6 models have each surpassed 4,000 deliveries, underscoring the growing demand for automated logistics solutions.

Technological advancements have been a key driver of Neolix’s rise.

Its AI model, “Neolix-VA,” enables smoother navigation in dense traffic, while its map-free driving system supports flexible urban logistics.

The company’s smart dispatch platform further enhances coordination between vehicles, roads, and orders. Collectively, Neolix’s fleet has accumulated over 50 million autonomous driving kilometers.

It currently holds more than 60% of China’s autonomous delivery market and serves over 300,000 clients across express delivery, fresh food, cold chain, and instant delivery sectors.

  • Neolix is also expanding internationally, recently obtaining the UAE’s first RoboVan license in collaboration with an Abu Dhabi-based tech partner.

The investment comes as global attention on autonomous mobility continues to rise.

Earlier this month, Baidu’s Apollo Go announced new pilot operations in Shenzhen’s Nanshan District, reflecting China’s growing competition in driverless transportation.

Neolix’s record-breaking funding signals confidence from global investors in the commercial potential of autonomous delivery, setting the stage for a new phase of competition in the sector.
