zvoove Acquires adata Software GmbH

zvoove has acquired adata Software GmbH, a move that cements its position as a major player in Germany’s staffing, security, and cleaning software markets.

The deal adds adata’s payroll and finance expertise to zvoove’s expanding suite of tools, creating what the company calls the country’s first fully integrated, cloud-based platform for facility management.

The acquisition will fold adata into zvoove Clean, combining it with fortytools, zvoove’s existing software for facility management.

Together, they’ll offer customers one system to handle everything from scheduling and time tracking to payroll and accounting—without switching between platforms.

“This acquisition underlines our goal of consistently driving growth, innovation, and customer value in the German market,” said Oliver Muhr, CEO of zvoove. “With adata, we are bringing industry-leading payroll and financial expertise to zvoove and creating the first fully integrated cloud platform that covers all processes from workforce planning to payroll. This marks a true paradigm shift for the facility management industry in Germany.”

adata brings with it 75 specialists based in Verden near Bremen and a customer base of around 450 companies, spanning midsize firms, corporations, and public institutions.

Its modular HR software, consulting, and payroll services will now be part of zvoove’s broader digital ecosystem, which already supports over 8,500 customers managing 3 million workers and €24 billion in annual payroll across Europe and Latin America.

Stefan Kramer, who leads zvoove Clean, said the integration will allow users of fortytools to process or outsource payroll directly through adata, with plans to roll out financial services next.

The idea is to offer a full ERP environment designed for cleaning service providers, simplifying the business side of facility management.

adata’s Managing Director Olaf Wiese said joining zvoove is a “real win” for customers, pointing to the added AI expertise and innovation resources that will accelerate product development.

In related industry news, Germany’s facility management software market has seen rising demand for unified, cloud-based tools as service providers digitize operations and face labor shortages.

With this acquisition, zvoove seems well-positioned to lead that shift.
