Vivo’s S50 Pro Mini appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking database under model number V2527A, listing Android 16 and recording 2,778 points in single-core testing and 9,344 points in multi-core testing.

The Geekbench entry and a screenshot shared by a tip account on X identify the device as running an octa core configuration paired with as much as 16 gigabytes of RAM.

The X post lists core clocks and graphics details consistent with Qualcomm’s latest flagship silicon, and multiple outlets citing the listing identify the chipset as Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.

Vivo’s own teasers and successive leaks set out a compact hardware package around that chip. Industry reports describe a 6.31 inch flat OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 120 hertz refresh rate, an ultrasonic in display fingerprint reader, and a triple camera array led by a large primary sensor and a Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto module.

Vivo product manager Han Boxiao shared details on Weibo, stating the S50 Pro Mini, codenamed "Battle Angel," will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and achieve an AnTuTu benchmark score of around 3 million.

Boxiao added that the phone pairs the chipset with LPDDR5X memory at a maximum speed of 9,600Mbps and UFS 4.1 storage.

He noted:

"this is the first time that a S-series handset will feature the latest flagship Snapdragon processor."

Boxiao also described the AnTuTu result as "over 1 million points higher than previous mid-range flagship phones, highlighting a major performance enhancement."

Battery capacity and charging figures that have circulated in press pieces and company teasers point to an unusually large cell for a compact chassis.

Notebookcheck noted the presence of a periscope telephoto camera and a 6,500mAh battery, while other outlets repeated claims of 90 watt wired charging and 40 watt wireless charging support.

Vivo’s product nomenclature and recent launch cadence place the S50 Pro Mini as a direct successor to the S30 family and a near relative of the X300 line.

Company posts and certification listings suggest the S50 Pro Mini will debut in China and reappear internationally under the Vivo X300 FE name, following the firm’s pattern of region specific rebadging.

The leaked technical profile includes LPDDR5x memory and UFS 4.1 storage, dual stereo speakers, an x axis linear motor, an aerospace grade metal frame and IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, details that have appeared in multiple hands on renders and vendor disclosures ahead of an announced launch window later this month.

“scored 2,778 points in single-core testing,” the benchmarking report states, matching the scores circulated across tech outlets that first flagged the listing.

Reports that the model will ship with OriginOS 6 over Android 16 reflect Vivo’s recent software rollout for its X and S series devices, which the company has promoted alongside new hardware releases this quarter.

Certification traces and EEC filings for an X300 FE variant further support plans for a near term international release following the China debut.

“periscope telephoto camera and a 6,500mAh battery” appear together in technical rundowns circulated by specialist outlets, underlining the device’s priority on both imaging and endurance despite its compact dimensions.
