iPhone 18 Series Display Specs Leak: Larger Screens for Pro Max, Shrinking Dynamic Island on Pros
A prominent supply chain leaker revealed detailed screen specifications for Apple's upcoming iPhone 18 lineup on Wednesday, including plans for a reduced Dynamic Island on the Pro models.
The standard iPhone 18 will feature a 6.27-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and retain the existing Dynamic Island design.
The iPhone Air 2 model will come with a 6.55-inch LTPO 120Hz screen and also keep the Dynamic Island.
For the Pro variants, the iPhone 18 Pro is set to include a 6.27-inch LTPO 120Hz panel with a new under-display area, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max will have a 6.86-inch LTPO 120Hz display with the same under-display feature.
The leak originates from Digital Chat Station, a Weibo user known for accurate supply chain disclosures about Apple products. In the post, the leaker stated:

The under-display area on the Pro models points to a shift where Face ID components move beneath the screen, resulting in a smaller Dynamic Island that houses only the front-facing camera.
