Vivo V70 FE India Launch Rumored for April 2 as Company Teases 200MP Camera on Amazon Microsite
Vivo has officially teased the upcoming India debut of the V70 FE, the latest addition to its V70 series smartphone lineup. The company posted on X to confirm the model will launch in the country soon, highlighting at least two color options including green and pink.

A dedicated microsite for the phone is now live on Amazon India, where it will go on sale, and the page confirms the device will feature a dual rear camera setup led by a 200-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilisation.
The V70 FE first launched in Indonesia on March 9 alongside the standard V70 model.
That global variant carries a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1900 nits peak brightness, a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, a 7000mAh battery with 90W wired charging, IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, and Android 16 running OriginOS 6.
The camera array includes the 200MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 32MP selfie camera.
While Vivo has not yet disclosed the exact India launch date, multiple reports point to April 2.
Industry sources reveal the phone will go official on that date, and tipster Paras Guglani echoed the timeline on X, adding that the Indian variant will come in 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage and 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage configurations.
Earlier leaks also suggested a starting price under Rs 35,000, with the base model potentially available from Rs 30,000 after bank discounts and cashback offers.
Vivo India’s teaser images show the device in green and pink finishes for the local market.
Separate leaks indicate an additional Monsoon Blue option with a glow-in-the-dark “Darkness Glow” rear panel that reveals streak-like luminous patterns in low light after exposure to light.
Other expected colors include Northern Lights Purple.
The Amazon microsite currently lists limited details but signals that further specifications will be revealed on March 26.
This timeline aligns with the broader rumor of a full launch event or availability start in the first week of April.
The V70 FE arrives as the third model in the V70 series in India, following the earlier launches of the V70 and V70 Elite.
With its focus on a high-resolution camera and large battery in the mid-range segment, the device is positioned to compete directly against other camera-centric phones priced between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000.
