Vivo X300 Ultra specs (officially confirmed)

Vivo has released an official poster confirming the remaining core specifications of the X300 Ultra, its flagship camera phone scheduled to launch in China on March 30 alongside the X300s.

The poster lists the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a 2K flat display with 144Hz refresh rate and Zeiss Master Color calibration, Ultra XDR support, a 6,600mAh battery, 100W wired charging, and 40W wireless charging.

The device will also ship with a USB Type-C to Type-C charger in the box.

The X300 Ultra measures 8.19mm thick and includes a quad-microphone array tuned for video capture across different scenarios, along with customized stereo speakers featuring a 1697 upward-firing unit and a 0.8cc sound cavity.

A high-end 751440 vibration motor handles haptic feedback, and the software adds a new back-tap gesture for quick access to functions such as silent mode, flashlight, and screen recognition.

Camera details were already disclosed over the past several weeks through posts by Vivo product manager Han Boxiao on Weibo.

The rear setup consists of a 200MP main camera built around the Sony LYTIA 901 sensor with a 1/1.12-inch size, 35mm equivalent focal length, f/1.85 aperture, and CIPA 6.5 stabilization rating.

The periscope telephoto uses a 200MP Samsung HP0 sensor sized 1/1.4-inch at an 85mm equivalent focal length with f/2.67 aperture, 3-degree optical image stabilization, and CIPA 7.0 rating.

The ultrawide deploys a 50MP Sony LYTIA 818 sensor measuring 1/1.28-inch at 14mm equivalent with f/2.0 aperture and CIPA 6.0 stabilization.

A supplementary multispectral sensor improves color accuracy.

All three rear lenses support 4K video at 120fps in Log format.

Optional Zeiss G2 teleconverter attachments extend reach to 200mm and 400mm equivalents, and Vivo has positioned the system as a complete professional imaging solution.

A separate Geekbench listing for model number V2547DA verified the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with 16GB of RAM and Android 16 running Vivo’s OriginOS 6 skin.

The benchmark returned a single-core score of 3,722 and a multi-core score of 11,621.

Storage options are expected to reach up to 1TB, with variants including 12GB and 16GB RAM configurations.

The X300 Ultra continues Vivo’s emphasis on the X series as a camera flagship while incorporating the latest Qualcomm chipset previously reserved for select global devices.

It will debut in China on March 30 with sales likely starting April 3.

Global rollout details have not yet been announced.
