Cloudflare Is Planning an IPO of $3.5 Billion Valuation Next Year?
Cloudflare a web performance software company is reportedly planning an IPO (initial public offering) setting valuation at over $3.5 billion and Reuters is confirming this breaking news. Being led by Goldman Sachs this IPO will be held in the first half 2019 (next year).

After many data breaches in big companies and raise in demand for security options, many security and performance companies are trying their best to be at #1 place and thus another leader and cyber security startup CrowdStrile is also up and planning their IPO with same valuation of Cloudflare and same person will led.

Launched at TechCrunch Disrupt in 2010 the Cloudflare first choice of web-developers and security experts which is founded by Lee Holloway, Matthew Prince and Michelle Zatlyn is now reportedly planning their IPO. After getting funded by giants like Google, Microsoft, Baidu and more at a total $182.1 million in investments Cloudflare is up for an IPO.
Something about the company:
  • Its the #1 choice of web-masters for handling website performance
  • Its the great way to have SSL certificate on your website and get it for free
  • Cloudfare is doing great in providing cyber security and control data breaches
  • With their security breach control they are making websites secure
  • They help web-designers to make their websites load faster
They claim that average internet users are using the company's services at-least 500 times a week and that's huge.
