Retailer Walmart Inc. confirmed a three-part holiday sales series this week, with online and in-store events planned from mid-November through early December.

The first sales wave opens for members of its premium subscription service Walmart+ on Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. ET and runs broadly beginning Nov. 14 through Nov. 16, both online and in brick-and-mortar locations.

The second event rolls out online from Nov. 25 to Nov. 27, with in-store offers from Nov. 28 to Nov. 30. Members receive five-hour early access beginning Nov. 24 at 7 p.m. ET.

The third and concluding sale stage is a one-day online event on Dec. 1, dedicated to Cyber Monday offers. Walmart+ members gain early access on Nov. 30.

Walmart also previewed several headline deals: a 98-inch TCL QLED 4K TV for US $998 (down from $1,798); a Dyson V12 Detect Slim cordless vacuum for $399.99 (from $729); Levi’s Signature denim reduced to $15 (from $24.98); and other deep discounts across electronics, toys and apparel.

A spokesperson for Walmart declined to comment on desired inventory levels or store-specific allocations. The advanced-access structure follows broader retail trends toward extended holiday shopping windows rather than a single “door-buster” one-day event.

Walmart’s planning signals an early start to holiday deals and underscores the importance of members-only early access in its pricing strategy.
