Xiaomi Launches Mijia Air Purifier 6 Pro in China at 2,399 Yuan
Xiaomi introduced the Mijia Air Purifier 6 Pro in China on December 29, 2025. The device features a dual-module, dual-filter architecture with an upper module for multi-effect daily purification and a lower module dedicated to formaldehyde removal.
The purifier incorporates a 13-layer filtration stack that includes a pre-filter for dust and hair, antibacterial and antiviral coatings, a nano-grade particulate filter, and a formaldehyde decomposition layer based on amino-reaction technology, along with activated carbon for odor and VOC absorption.
Xiaomi reported a particulate CADR of up to 1461 m³/h and a formaldehyde CADR of up to 1000 m³/h. Laboratory testing shows the device completes a full air exchange in a standard room in approximately 1.5 minutes. The applicable area ranges from 87 to 150 square meters.

The unit uses a single motor driving dual fan blades with a tilted volute duct to enhance efficiency and reduce turbulence.
It includes six real-time sensors for monitoring PM1, PM2.5, dust, formaldehyde, temperature, and humidity.
A front LCD panel displays air quality data.
The device supports Xiaomi HyperOS connectivity through the Mi Home app for remote control, scheduling, and monitoring.
It also works with Xiao Ai voice assistant.
The purifier has a minimalist white vertical body with magnetic filter access and caster wheels. Filters last 8 to 14 months depending on usage. Sleep mode operates at 32 dB(A).
The Mijia Air Purifier 6 Pro is available for pre-order in China at 2,399 yuan ($341), according to Gizmochina and IT之家 reports.
This launch coincides with Xiaomi's announcement that its Mijia air purifiers have led China's online sales rankings for ten consecutive years, with over 25 million units shipped since 2014, per data from Beijing All View Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd. (AVC).
