Honor Launches Magic8 Pro and Lite in UK with 200MP AI Night Camera
Honor released its Magic8 Pro smartphone in the United Kingdom today, equipping the device with a 200MP Ultra Night Telephoto Camera that includes a 1/1.4-inch sensor, f/2.6 aperture, optical image stabilization and 3.7x optical zoom.

The company also made the Magic8 Lite available on the same date.
The Magic8 Pro sells for 1,099 pounds in a configuration with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, offered in Sunrise Gold, Sky Cyan and black.
The Magic8 Lite carries a price of 400 pounds and appears in Forest Green, Midnight Black and Reddish Brown.

Honor built the Magic8 Pro around a camera system that pairs the 200MP telephoto with a 50MP main camera featuring optical image stabilization and a 50MP ultra-wide camera capable of 2.5cm macro shots.
The phone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and includes AI adaptive stabilization rated at CIPA 5.5, which improves shake detection accuracy by four times and dynamic response by one time.
A Magic Colour engine processes 16.77 million colors through device-cloud collaborative technology.

The Magic8 Pro contains a 6,270mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging, plus a 6.71-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, 4320Hz PWM dimming and peak HDR brightness of 6,000 nits.
Buyers in the United Kingdom can obtain the devices from Amazon, Argos, EE, Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, Three, Tesco Mobile, Currys, Very and John Lewis.
The first 1,000 customers receive a free tablet, while all purchasers get a charger, case and free screen replacement in the first 180 days.
Honor opened pre-orders for the Magic8 Pro in continental Europe at 1,299 euros for the same configuration, applying a 200 euro early bird discount, with shipments set for Jan. 12 in Spain and Jan. 15 in Germany.
