Realme Buds Clip Set for Late January Launch in India

Realme announced the India launch of its Buds Clip earbuds by the end of January, expanding its audio lineup with an open-ear design aimed at users seeking comfort during daily activities.

The clip-style earbuds, which sit on the outer ear rather than inserting into the canal, mark the company’s entry into open-wear stereo products in the market.

The launch aligns with the introduction of the Realme P4 Power smartphone in the last week of the month.

The Buds Clip feature 11mm dual-magnet drivers and the NextBass algorithm to enhance bass response.

Each earbud weighs 5.3 grams and carries an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.

Battery life reaches up to 36 hours total with the 530mAh charging case, providing about seven hours from the earbuds alone at 50% volume.

Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4, support for SBC and AAC codecs, dual-device pairing, and a low-latency mode of 45 milliseconds.

Calls on the Buds Clip use dual microphones with AI-powered environmental noise cancellation.

The earbuds also incorporate an AI translator supporting multiple languages and 3D spatial audio with a volume cap at 85 decibels.

Available colors include Titanium Black and Titanium Gold.

According to BusinessStandard, the company said that the upcoming earbuds move away from traditional in-ear designs and instead use a clip-on design that sits on the outer ear.

“As per the company, the Buds Clip is designed for users who want to listen to audio while staying aware of their surroundings, such as during daily commutes, long work hours, or light physical activity.”

The earbuds support personalization with attachable charms.
