Instagram rolls out “In-App Local Business Profile Pages” and with these pages, you can showcase your local business details.
Its the same business listing page as Google shows in its search results and have some details.

As you can see you can add your local business information to your Instagram profile pages and that can include:
- Business Address
- Opening Hours
- Contact details
- Website address
And price with logo image and cover photos. This is enough for a business page on Instagram.
How to Claim A Profile Page on Instagram
NOTE: You should have a Facebook Business page for your local business and this is the verification process for your business profile page claiming on Instagram.
Here are the steps:
- Search for business
- Click on “View Information” button
- Now click on “Claim” button at the top-right corner
Now you have to access your Facebook page for that particular business and after verifying you will be able to edit your Instagram local business profile page.
This will enable you to re-edit business information and correct any errors.
The feature is being rolled out to Instagram users and may available to you soon, as there’s no official news about the said feature but still some users are able to use it.
