Xiaomi 18 Leaks Point to 6.4-Inch Display and 200MP Periscope Telephoto Across the Series

Xiaomi will launch the Xiaomi 18 series in September in China.

Initial models in this series will consist of the Xiaomi 18, the Xiaomi 18 Pro, and the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max.

The Xiaomi 18 Ultra will arrive later in 2026. As per the Tipster Digital Chat Station, who shared details in a post on Weibo about the Xiaomi 18.

The device will carry a 6.4-inch display. The Xiaomi 17 used a 6.3-inch panel. The added screen size creates space for upgraded internal parts.

The leaker further claimed that the Xiaomi 18 will include a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.

This sensor will appear on every model in the Xiaomi 18 series while the Xiaomi 17 base model relied on a standard telephoto lens.

The Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max may use dual 200-megapixel rear cameras.

One sensor will serve as the main camera and the other as the periscope telephoto.

The Pro models will keep a secondary display on the rear. This secondary screen could offer greater versatility than before.

The Xiaomi 18, Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset.

The Xiaomi 18 Ultra could receive the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro processor.
