OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra Leak Reveals 165Hz Display, Dimensity 9500 Chipset and 8500mAh Battery Ahead of April Launch in China

A fresh leak has surfaced with key specifications for the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, the latest addition to the company's performance-oriented Ace series in China.

The details point to upgrades in display smoothness and battery capacity over the Ace 5 Ultra, while pairing the device with MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9500 processor.

The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K OLED panel with a 165Hz refresh rate, a step up from the 144Hz screen on its predecessor.

Leaks also indicate support for LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, along with a 50-megapixel main camera.

Regulatory filings show the model number PMB110 has cleared certification in China, clearing the path for an April debut.

Battery capacity stands out in the reports, with one source detailing an 8500mAh cell that would represent a substantial increase from the 6700mAh unit in the Ace 5 Ultra.

Other leaks describe the battery as 8000mAh-class with 100W or 120W wired charging.

The device is also tipped to include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and IP68 or IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.

Tipsters on Weibo, including Smart Pikachu and Digital Chat Station, have driven much of the speculation around the Ace 6 Ultra.

One post shared by Ayan Ghosh on X highlighted the combination of the Dimensity 9500 chipset and large battery as positioning the phone for flagship-level performance in the mid-range segment.

The Dimensity 9500, a 3nm chip already used in devices such as the Oppo Find X9 Pro, is expected to deliver strong gaming and multitasking capabilities while competing directly with models like the rumored Redmi K90 Ultra.

The Ace 6 series already includes standard and T variants that launched with Snapdragon 8 Elite processors and large batteries earlier in the product cycle.

The Ultra model shifts to MediaTek silicon, a move that could optimize for efficiency and sustained performance under load.

Camera expectations remain modest compared with true flagships, with the setup likely mirroring the dual-lens arrangement on recent Ace models.

OnePlus has not issued any official confirmation or statement on the Ace 6 Ultra.

The certification clearance and consistent leaks from multiple Weibo accounts suggest the company is preparing a swift rollout in its home market next month, though details on pricing and exact availability remain unconfirmed.
