Oppo K15 Pro and K15 Pro+ confirmed for April 1 launch in China with built-in cooling fans and MediaTek chipsets

Oppo has confirmed that the K15 Pro series will launch in China on April 1.
The company revealed the date via a teaser on its official Weibo account that shows the phones in a white finish with flat edges and a square camera island housing dual lenses and a blue accent ring.
The lineup consists of the K15 Pro and K15 Pro+ models and follows directly after last year’s K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro.
Oppo has skipped the K14 generation in China and appears to have dropped the Turbo name for this release.
Both phones are built for gaming with active cooling fans integrated into the chassis to handle sustained loads without thermal throttling.
Leaks indicate metal frames and relatively slim bodies that keep the weight under 215 grams despite large batteries.
Details drawn from TENAA certification listings and reported by Gizmochina and GSMArena point to differentiated hardware across the two variants.
The K15 Pro+ is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED panel at 2772 by 1272 pixels with a 165Hz refresh rate.
It will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset with peak clocks up to 3.73 GHz and pair with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
Camera hardware includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens on the back plus a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
Battery capacity is listed around 8000 mAh.
The base K15 Pro is tipped for a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat OLED display, the Dimensity 8500 chipset with maximum clocks of 3.4 GHz, and a battery in the 7400 mAh to 7500 mAh range.
It shares the same dual 50-megapixel plus 8-megapixel rear camera setup and 16-megapixel front sensor.
Both models are expected to support high-speed charging though exact wattage figures have not yet surfaced.
Oppo has already opened pre-orders for the series through its Chinese online store.
The company is also expected to introduce the Watch X3 Mini smartwatch and Enco Clip 2 earbuds at the same April 1 event.
Global availability and India launch timelines have not been detailed but typically follow the domestic debut by several months.
Full pricing and final specifications will be revealed during the launch event.
