OPPO confirms Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s India launch!

OPPO has confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s will launch in India in May 2026, extending the Find X9 lineup in the country from two models to four.
In its India announcement, the company said the expansion follows the earlier launch of the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in India last November, and it described the new additions as part of a broader push to widen access to its imaging hardware.
“The Find X9 Series underscores our commitment to delivering a truly premium smartphone experience to users in India. With the introduction of the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s, we are expanding access to our advanced imaging technology to users who depend on their devices for both everyday captures and creative expression. These devices are designed to offer greater flexibility, capabilities and confidence, enabling users to shoot, create and share with ease.” Goldee Patnaik, head of communications at OPPO India, said in the company’s announcement.
The Ultra is the headline model.

OPPO says the Find X9 Ultra uses a new-generation Hasselblad Master Camera System built around its LUMO Image Engine, with a 50MP 10x optical telephoto camera and support for advanced photography and video features.
The company’s global product page also lists dual Hasselblad 200MP cameras, 8K Ultra-Clear Video Recording, and a 7050mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The Find X9 sits beneath it with a more mainstream flagship pitch.

OPPO’s global page says the phone carries a 7025mAh battery, 80W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, ColorOS 16, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 platform and 4K video at 120fps in Dolby Vision.
The company positions it as a camera-first phone with 120x Super Zoom and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
For the Find X9s, OPPO is using a travel and everyday-content framing, calling it a “Hasselblad travel companion” and saying it is built for portraits, landscapes, travel and social content.
The India announcement says pricing, availability and the exact launch timing will follow closer to May, which means OPPO has confirmed the window but not the day or the market pricing.
The India move matters because OPPO said in March that the Ultra line would expand beyond China for the first time.

The company framed that step as a global rollout, and India is now part of that plan, with the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s set to join a lineup that already includes the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in the country.
