Oppo Confirms Dual 200MP Camera Setup for Upcoming Find X9s Smartphone

Oppo is proceeding with plans to equip its upcoming Find X9s smartphone with two 200-megapixel cameras, a configuration that would make it the first phone to feature such high-resolution sensors for both primary and telephoto photography.
The information, confirmed by the well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, specifies a 200MP main camera paired with a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. A third, 50MP ultra-wide camera will complete the rear triple-camera array.

According to the leaks, the main and periscope telephoto sensors will both be Samsung HP5 units with a 1/1.56-inch sensor size.
The periscope lens is stated to offer 3x optical zoom. The dual high-resolution setup represents a significant camera advancement over the standard Find X9 and even the larger Find X9 Pro model, which is not expected to have two 200MP lenses.
The system is also expected to incorporate Oppo's Danxia color reproduction technology and a dedicated multispectral sensor aimed at improving color accuracy.
Beyond the camera, the Find X9s is described as a compact flagship featuring a 6.3-inch flat display with a 1.5K resolution and ultra-narrow bezels achieved through LIPO packaging.
The device is said to be powered by MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9500+ chipset. Despite its relatively small size, the phone is rumored to house a substantial battery rated at approximately 7,000mAh with support for wireless charging.
Other anticipated features include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and full water resistance.
No official launch date has been set. The Oppo Find X9s may debut alongside the Find X9 Ultra, which is anticipated to be announced in March 2026.
The Ultra model itself is the subject of separate rumors, suggesting a focus on professional photography with a large circular camera island and a detachable telephoto extender lens capable of 300mm focal length.
