WhatsApp voice call support is now available in Wear OS 3

Whether it is about Android OS or Wear OS, Google never disappoints with its Operating Systems.

Even though there are not enough users of Wear OS 3 devices, the users who are wearing a watch with Wear OS 3 were eagerly waiting for native WhatsApp voice call services to come to the operating system and as soon as possible.

In a leap forward, the Wear OS 3 on a subreddit shows that WhatsApp beta users are capable of receiving voice calls on their WhatsApp accounts.

Currently, this feature is available for users who own Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 with Wear OS and WhatsApp beta version 2.22.19.11 which has the feature for Wear OS WhatsApp voice calling.

However, users still can’t make calls directly from the watch, but they can now receive WhatsApp calls from Wear OS 3 powered watches.

To your notes, previously users of Wear OS were able to receive WhatsApp call notifications but not able to receive a call, and now WhatsApp made it possible with the latest beta release.

Soon we will be able to see a feature on Wear OS 3 where we will be able to make WhatsApp calls directly from a smartwatch.
