Sony Adds Sand Pink Color to WH-1000XM6 Noise-Canceling Headphones
Sony introduced a Sand Pink color option for the WH-1000XM6 wireless noise-canceling headphones on February 12, 2026.
The new variant is available immediately through the company's website and major retailers including Amazon and Best Buy.
The Sand Pink edition features a light pastel pink finish with a soft-touch matte texture and fine speckling, along with rose gold accents around the hinges.
It becomes the fourth color choice for the model, which launched in May 2025 in Black, Platinum Silver and Midnight Blue.
All versions of the WH-1000XM6 remain identical in performance. The headphones use the HD Noise Canceling Processor QN3, which is seven times faster than the previous generation chip, and incorporate 12 microphones that optimize noise cancellation, sound reproduction and call clarity in real time. Battery life reaches 30 hours on a full charge, with quick charging support.
Sony stated in its announcement:
"This has inspired Sony to introduce a Sand Pink version of its much-loved WH-1000XM6 overhead wireless noise canceling headphones. The new Sand Pink tone is an elegant addition to the range alongside the current Black, Platinum Silver, and Midnight Blue color options."
The Sand Pink WH-1000XM6 carries a suggested retail price of $459.99 but is listed at $399.99 on Sony's online store.
These headphones are also stocked at authorized dealers worldwide.
