Samsung Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 Launched Together
Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G, its latest pair of mid-range smartphones that arrived together through an official announcement on March 25.

Samsung introduced these smartphones together via a press release rather than a full event, with the India-focused launch confirming hardware upgrades that include faster charging, IP68 durability and One UI 8.5 based on Android 16.
Both models share a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster for better outdoor visibility.
They measure in at similar sizes but differ in build, with the Galaxy A57 5G coming in at 6.9 millimeters thick and 179 grams while the Galaxy A37 5G is 7.4 millimeters thick and 196 grams.
Each carries IP68 water and dust resistance along with Gorilla Glass Victus Plus protection on the front and an aluminum frame.
The designs feature Samsung's new Ambient Island camera module with a translucent look on the back.
On the camera side the Galaxy A57 5G packs a 50-megapixel main sensor, 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens and 5-megapixel macro unit on the rear with a 12-megapixel front camera.
The Galaxy A37 5G uses the same main and macro sensors but steps down to an 8-megapixel ultra-wide.
Both the phones benefit from an upgraded image signal processor that delivers sharper HDR video, improved low-light Nightography performance and faster shot-to-shot capture on the higher model.
Video editing tools now include Auto Trim, while photo editing gains a refined Object Eraser.
Power comes from a 5,000mAh battery in each phone.
The Galaxy A57 5G supports 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 that reaches 60% in roughly 30 minutes and includes a larger vapor chamber for sustained performance.
The Galaxy A37 5G also supports 45W charging.
Neither model offers wireless charging or microSD expansion.
Samsung equipped the phones with its Awesome Intelligence suite of AI tools running on One UI 8.5. These include Voice Transcription for calls and recordings, AI Select for pulling text or images into notes or the photo editor, Circle to Search with Google, and enhanced portrait modes with better subject segmentation.
The software package brings six years of OS and security updates plus Samsung Knox security.
Pricing in India starts at Rs 41,999 for the Galaxy A37 5G in the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration and climbs to Rs 47,499 for the 8GB plus 256GB version or Rs 52,999 for the 12GB plus 256GB option.
The Galaxy A57 5G begins at Rs 56,999 for 8GB plus 256GB and reaches Rs 62,499 for the 12GB plus 256GB model.
Color options include Awesome Navy, Awesome Icyblue and Awesome Lilac for the A57 5G along with Awesome Lavender, Awesome Charcoal and Awesome Graygreen for the A37 5G.
Internationally, the Galaxy A37 5G is expected to start at $449 while the Galaxy A57 5G lands at $549, each reflecting a $50 increase over the previous generation.
Samsung has not yet disclosed exact U.S. pricing or full processor details beyond octa-core chips, though earlier leaks pointed to the Exynos 1680 in the A57 5G and Exynos 1480 in the A37 5G.
The phones (Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37) will reach stores in India immediately through Samsung's website and major retailers while global availability begins April 10.
The launch positions the pair as direct competitors to other mid-range options by delivering flagship-level durability, charging speeds and AI capabilities at accessible price points.
