Xiaomi Schedules Redmi K100 Pro Max Launch for August 11, Reveals Cabernet Red Design
Xiaomi officially scheduled the release of its top-tier Redmi K100 Pro Max in China for August 11, 2026, at 19:00 local time.
The company opened early pre-reservations for the device on its official online store in China following the announcement.
Official renders released by Redmi display the smartphone in a deep wine-toned finish called Cabernet Red, which some listings reference as Cabernet Sauvignon Red.

The device features a color-matched metal frame built with flat side edges.
The front of the flagship phone features a 6.9-inch flat display bordered by ultra-narrow bezels. The back panel houses a triple-camera assembly that includes a dedicated periscope telephoto sensor.
Redmi retained the Bose-branded rear woofer module on the back housing, carrying over the audio design seen on the previous K90 Pro Max model.
Xiaomi President Lu Weibing addressed the pricing structure of the series in a post on Weibo.
"The Redmi K100 Pro will start around CNY 4,000."
Lu Weibing stated that Redmi will unveil the standard base model K100 during a separate presentation at a later date.

Regulatory documentation published on China's 3C certification database confirms 100W wired fast charging capabilities for the K100 Pro series under model number M511CD.
Test results on Geekbench 6 show the device running Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with 16GB of RAM. The benchmark run logged a single-core score of 3,429 and a multi-core score of 10,461.
Hardware specifications listed across database filings point to battery options ranging between 8,000 mAh and 9,000 mAh for the series.
